My labyrinth lesson this morning was all about direction, importance and authenticity.

In short: Be authentic with yourself and focus on what is really important to you.

1. Sometimes what makes sense to you is a scrambled mess to others.
It is your journey – only you need to understand the route.

2. When you ask a question, but aren’t listening for the answer, was either the question or the answer actually  important to you?

Part of personal growth is about asking questions, receiving the answers, and processing them in a meaningful way.

Pay attention.

It’s not enough to just show up.

DO THE NECESSARY WORK.

3. You know what’s important to you. Focus on that and stop pretending it doesn’t matter.

When something is important to you, don’t dismiss or downplay its importance.

If it is important to you, then it matters.
