This is from a walk in July… it had been WEEKS since I had walked a labyrinth, even though there is one a stone’s throw away from my house…
In reality, I had been avoiding it, which is interesting, considering that labyrinths are where I go to seek truth and clarity.
What was it that I was avoiding?
So, off I went to face the TRUTH…
Sometimes we avoid people or situations because we don’t want to hear, know or acknowledge the truth.
Have you ever heard the phrase, “You can’t see the forest for the trees.” How often do we ignore the truth because we don’t want to face it?
When you are looking for answers, are you willing to hear the truth, or are you only willing to hear the answer you WANT to hear?
Sometimes people don't want to hear the truth because they don't want their illusions destroyed.
Sometimes the next step requires you to GROW.
We are the problem, but we are also the solution – if we are only willing to see it, and be it.
